Client: JANJI  //  MCGARRY & SONS 

Scope: Art Direction, Brand Creative Strategy, Consumer Strategy, Story Telling, Illustration, Graphic Design, Look Book, Collateral and Signage Design

We had the pleasure of partnering with Janji via McGarry & Sons on two consecutive seasons; the second of which they brought us on exclusively in-house to spear head and update the graphic language of  the running apparel brand from concept to completion.  We were tasked with defining Janji's story and consumer targets; by elevating Janji's graphic identity in both Men's and Women's apparel we pushed the brand to appeal to a broader more mature nomadic consumer while staying true to their African roots. We are happy to report a dramatic increase in both brand awareness and sell through numbers; a direct result of our partnership.

About Janji: Founders Mike and Dave knew that runners were charitable, but they saw that philanthropic running begins - and unfortunately ends - on race day. Janji is different. Through Janji’s high performance apparel, runners fund solutions and raise awareness for the global water crisis in a lasting and meaningful way.       Rather than racing for a cause on just one day, Janji lets runners give back through their everyday training.
