Once an order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email telling you how RAD you are and detailing the ordered items as well as your shipping information. Please double check your confirmation email and contact the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find any inconsistencies. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contacting us.
We do everything we can to process your order within 2 working days of receipt. Delivery usually takes 3 to 12 working days after shipping depending on where you call home, but can take longer during peak periods (holiday season or sales etc). While we work our fingers to the bones to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders come with a tracking number included in your shipment notification. For International orders; once your order arrives in your country, your local postal services take over. You can then track your order on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that your order could not be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office for further details. concerning your order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
While we hope you never have to return any of our products, in the case of an exchange or refund please first contact us at email@example.com before sending anything back. At that time we will provide you with the best information we can on next steps.
Please note the following.
• when your order arrives, please check all packages for damaged or missing items
• return shipping costs are at your expense
• reshipping costs are a your own expense
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable
• items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt
• we encourage you to ship your items with tracking to prevent any further hassles
• damaged / incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense, with big fat “GEE THANKS CHUMP” stickers plastered all over it
• sales items are non-refundable but can be exchanged
Please note that items ordered from www.sevenwolvesdesign.com are sold and shipped from the United States. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
